Order mix-up, sorted out in the end
My GetWellis order arrived containing the wrong item, echoing several complaints on this page about orders going awry. To their credit, once I got through, they shipped the correct product without charging again, but that took two follow-up emails over nine days. The replacement itself was well packed and genuine. So the products are fine, you just may need patience if something goes sideways with fulfillment.
