Part eventually came but process was messy
I ordered a replacement appliance part from Sixmm and the experience was frustrating even though it technically worked out. Payment confirmed quickly, then silence for three weeks until I opened a dispute, at which point the part suddenly shipped and arrived correct and functional. Given how many reviews here describe worse outcomes than mine, consider yourself warned: order only if you can afford to wait and fight.
