Beautiful watch, inconsistent service between orders
My first Marcus Store watch arrived quickly and is a stunning piece, classic design with modern finishing that gets compliments constantly. Encouraged, I ordered a second as a gift months later and that experience was the opposite: two weeks silence, wrong strap sent, replacement slow. Quality of the products themselves is never in question. Just be aware their service seems to vary wildly depending on the day.
