The process ran on template letters more than personalised advice, my specific circumstances were addressed with generic boilerplate that I ended up rewriting substantially myself before submission. Replies to questions took four to six business days when they promised two. The application did get approved in the end but honestly my own corrections did the heavy lifting there. You are mostly paying for formatting and checklists you can find free elsewhere. Manage expectations accordingly.
