Paid premium, downloads still blocked
Bought a premium pass on UpStore specifically to download a file I needed urgently, and the download page simply loops back to the paywall no matter what I try. Multiple browsers, cleared cache, different networks, same result. Support ticket has sat unanswered for two weeks. Reading this page shows I am one of many hitting the exact same wall. Money spent for literally nothing. Avoid unless you enjoy donating to strangers.
