Site is complete garbage Don t understand why they even bother offering a free slow download feature when it is throttled so badly I ve spent 3 days trying to download a 378mb video because the speed is so ungodly slow says it should take an hour but speed is actually around 800-1000 B s and says 2-5 days in chrome I would just wait out the 2 days but the damn thing keeps cancelling after several hours I used to be a premium member and would just sign up again but the last time I tried the site doesn t even take my credit card or gift cards because it s overseas

I regret using upstore net It led to viruses malware spyware some of which wasn t even detected by my existing anti-virus software till it was too late Also download files are often broken or not what they claim to be for you may even end up with illegal content you never wanted for all you know They kept charging my credit card despite my never authorizing it and I had to fight for months to get a charge-back it seems like they save CC details for future unauthorized use This site doesn t even follow DMCA protocol as all of their claim forms are broken making it impossible to remove your stolen content Do not trust this site at all

60kbps download speeds Upstore blamed my ISP no refund threatened to tell my credit card company I was downloading porn to tell me not to charge back Very poor experience paid money to NOT get premium as promised If something isn t working for a customer ANY normal company would just issue a refund

This used to be a useful site with fast affordable premium No longer allows payment via card only accepts payments in bitcoin red flag or charges extortionate extra fee to use Paypal The apparent free service is nonexistent

Saddest excuse for a download site I ve ever seen

Honestly pathetic -- downloads are limited by time but they don t tell you how long you have to wait between downloads and their servers are quite sad As of the time writing this I am downloading a 37 MB file from Upstore that is going at a rate of 1 KB s For anyone not familiar with technology that means it would take me over 11 hours to download a file that is only the same size as 3-4 songs on Spotify I wouldn t use this site for free much less pay any money for it

If I could write zero stars I would In the age of technology these stores do not have wi-fi for customers So they inconvenience you with their computer you cant get to operate correctly It took me 1 whole hour to fax 5 pages because STAPLES will conveniently print your work but UPS STORE WILL FAX it s such an inconvenience

AVOID USING THIS SITE I had one account and they hacked my information and created a duplicate account and started double billing me I decided to give them the opportunity to fix and refund the dupe charges They said the extra charges were from my other email which I never use for this site I tried to reason with them that I would only need one site but they do not care They said charges are non refundable Now I will be contacting bank US Attorney General and Interpol about the extra fraudulent charges

It used to work fine for a while but then it became impossible to pay through credit card or paypal I tried multiple times to pay with credit card which was refused and became victim of cc fraud shortly after I rarely use my cc so I suspect they stole or leaked my data
