Prints eventually came, weeks late
My framed art prints from Gallerix took over five weeks against a promised fortnight, with customer service responding slowly and offering little concrete information when chased. Quality once delivered was decent, colours accurate and framing solid, so the product itself is fine. The fulfilment operation simply cannot match what the website promises. Order months ahead of any deadline or choose a faster competitor for anything time sensitive.
