My gadget order from ATotalGadget vanished into shipping limbo for weeks and initial support contact went unanswered long enough that I assumed the worst, consistent with some reviews here calling them scammers. To their credit, persistent follow-up finally produced both an explanation and working resolution, with the item arriving functional. Average product, chaotic logistics, redemption arc ending. Three stars reflects the complete rollercoaster fairly.
