My gadget order from ATotalGadget vanished into shipping limbo for weeks and initial support contact went unanswered long enough that I assumed the worst, consistent with some reviews here calling them scammers. To their credit, persistent follow-up finally produced both an explanation and working resolution, with the item arriving functional. Average product, chaotic logistics, redemption arc ending. Three stars reflects the complete rollercoaster fairly.

Good experience overall

Signed up with Ocasionplus after comparing a few options. The order was straightforward and everything went as expected. What stood out was the overall service, which exceeded my expectations. Would recommend it.
