Arrived broken, replacement never sent
My wellness device from BodWellbeing arrived shattered despite adequate outer packaging suggesting damage occurred before shipping, so clearly nobody checks outgoing stock. Their support acknowledged the issue once, promised replacement, then went permanently silent through four subsequent follow-ups over six weeks. Reading identical stories on this page confirms the pattern. Money recovered via chargeback. A company this indifferent to broken deliveries deserves none.
