Good materials but one order arrived wrong
Qream's fabric quality genuinely deserves the praise in most reviews here, soft and durable across multiple washes. However my most recent order contained a different colourway than purchased, and sorting out the exchange consumed several emails and three weeks. Previous orders went perfectly which is why I persisted. So: quality strong, fulfilment reliability inconsistent. Order early enough to absorb potential mistakes if timing matters for your project.
