Ordered a reconciliation casting last spring after reading so many glowing testimonials. Communication before payment was warm and quick; afterward it slowed to about one message a week, often generic check-ins. Nothing in my situation changed, and when I asked about a recast around the six month mark I had to follow up three times before getting an answer. Maybe this kind of work takes longer for some people, but paying real money for weeks of silence stings. Set a hard personal deadline before you commit.
