Attempted to use this flight comparison platform for frequent bookings. Search functionality covers major routes adequately though smaller regional airlines go unlisted, creating blind spots. Prices displayed required verification against airline sites where discrepancies appeared regularly enough to erode trust, and the deals newsletter repeats the same promotions weekly with little freshness. Customer service channel exists only via form with day-long response times. Interface also pushes sponsored results above organic matches without clear labelling initially. Functional backup option, not primary tool for serious travellers.

Ordered a reconciliation casting last spring after reading so many glowing testimonials. Communication before payment was warm and quick; afterward it slowed to about one message a week, often generic check-ins. Nothing in my situation changed, and when I asked about a recast around the six month mark I had to follow up three times before getting an answer. Maybe this kind of work takes longer for some people, but paying real money for weeks of silence stings. Set a hard personal deadline before you commit.
