Elevatedrecovery experience
I joined the reboot program last autumn after trying plain willpower for years and failing every time. The structure is what finally made the difference for me: daily check-ins, a coach who actually answered within a day or two, and modules that explain the why behind urges instead of just shaming you. It is genuinely expensive and there were a couple of weeks where my assigned coach was slow to reply, which knocked a star off. Seven months in, my streak and my marriage are both intact, so the price ended up feeling justified.
