Ordered a wide-brim fedora here for summer weddings. Style is exactly as photographed and compliments came immediately at the first event. Two flaws from my experience: the brim arrived slightly warped from packaging, fixable at home with careful steaming but not what you expect at this price, and sizing guidance ran large so mine needed internal padding strips for secure fit. Their exchange process was straightforward when I initially requested a smaller size though. Good-looking hats with quality felt, just inspect and adjust upon arrival.
