Very Disappointing Purchase Experience
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The hat arrived in a simple paper bag and looked completely different from what was advertised on the website. The quality felt very poor and nowhere near what the product images suggested.
When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was only offered a 20% refund instead of a proper resolution. After that, I received no further response from the company.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this store. The product quality did not meet expectations, and the customer service was far from satisfactory. The positive reviews displayed on the website also made me question their authenticity.
