Major airline - extensive network but delays happen
Researched this major US airline via TripAdvisor and Trustpilot. Booked a domestic flight, check-in and boarding were smooth and network covers 330+ destinations. Value is average and customer service wait times were long when I needed help, but on-time performance was decent on my route.
