Scratch missing from the listing
The phone itself switched on and the screen looked undamaged, but there was a deep scratch along the frame that the photos had not shown. I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund, yet support kept sending the same automated reply and stopped responding. Sending it back would have cost me postage, so I left it with my dad. Very frustrating for that price.
