Helpful training for disciplinary hearings
I joined the disciplinary hearing session during a busy work week. The trainer explained why each stage matters and used examples I could picture happening at work. Having the template afterwards helped me check my own notes and prepare properly. There was a short audio drop near the start, but it returned quickly. I came away ready to run my next hearing.
