Broken entry door for months!
The main door has been propped open since spring. I reported it twice, got a job number, and the reference went nowhere. A few neighbours have had the same run around. There was a lad hanging about the stairwell the other night and it made my skin crawl.
Critical Review
broken entry door
unresolved maintenance
ignored complaints
security concerns
poor communication
