Charged double and no test booked
Paid for the CSCS card and CITB test together. They took £120 and said the test was booked. Two weeks later still no date and nobody answers the phone. The invoice doesn't break down the fees either. I've asked my bank to dispute the charge. Only positive was the initial call was polite.
