No contact after a cancelled item
One item in my order was cancelled without anyone telling me, and the substitute they sent was a cheaper product. I called three times and got the automated phone message each time. An email eventually came through two days later, but it did not explain how they intended to put the order right. The delivery itself was quick, which is the only decent part of this experience. I would not order from them again unless someone can tell me how to reach a real person.
