I wouldn t buy these heaters App set up is terrible and not easy to use The user experience is poor The heaters themselves aren t great at all don t give off much heat at all Regarding the customer service at solairehp co uk and adax-solaire co uk as a journalist I m always interested to see customer support from brands and hate to say it but not great either - their first email to me was to ask for photos which I sent Their 2nd email said I had voided the guarantee I would avoid at all costs
