The customer service for Story Jewelry has been above and beyond After our initial purchase we received a confirmation email but no updates on when to expect delivery I reached out via email and within a few hours received a response with a tracking number and a warm message thanking me for my purchase The ring arrived as expected and looks beautiful my wife was super happy Unfortunately we ordered the wrong ring size I reached out again asking how we could go about swapping the ring for a bigger one Again I received a quick response with kind words and a way to quickly resolve my mixup Although this entire transaction was online it felt personal like shopping in a small mom n pop store The ring quality is great and the customer service is amazing I highly recommend buying from Story Jewelry
