Huusk knife undeniably
The Huusk knife is undeniably beautiful and feels substantial in the hand. The unique design is a real conversation starter. However, I found it requires more maintenance than my other chef's knives to keep the edge truly sharp, and the handle, while stylish, isn't as ergonomically comfortable for long prep sessions as I'd hoped. It's a good knife for occasional use, but for the price, I expected it to be a daily workhorse. It's fine, but hasn't replaced my go-to.
