Huusk knife looks
The Huusk knife looks absolutely stunning, and it feels very solid and well-balanced in the hand. The unique shape is eye-catching. However, I found it didn't hold its edge as long as I'd hoped for the price point. After a few weeks of regular home cooking, it needed a sharpening, whereas my other chef's knife goes much longer. It's a beautiful piece and works fine, but I'm not sure the performance fully matches the premium aesthetic.
