Truly love this service

Truly love this service I ve been using Forward for about three months and it is absolutely refreshing how responsive they are at Forward As a mother that works full-time I m so busy taking care of everyone else s needs I was not taking care of my own I decided to give Forward a try after being served their ad on social media multiple times At first I was hesitant because in the NYC area they only have physical locations in Suffolk County and Manahattan none in Nassau But I work in the city 1-2 days a week so I ve visited their No-Mad location twice already and had multiple virtual visits Every one of them has been great I feel like the Dr s Nurses Medical Asstnts are all LISTENING to me - they are supportive and encouraging and I feel they are invested in helping me feel better They help me determine outside specialists I need to visit - they ll offer referrals and even offer to schedule the appt if you don t do it in a timely manner The chat feature on the app is incredible - no matter when I post a question some is responding within hrs The app is great because all of your information to-do s are right there for you to access any time of the day They ll help you with your medications Weight Loss support I mean there is just so many good things - I really have NOTHING bad to say I was able to sign up when they were running a deal on the monthly fee I m really getting a bargain for all that this company is providing me Everyone I ve dealt with at Forward has been wonderful and I plan to continue using the service as long as I can Only request - lets got a physical location in Nassau County NY please
