I have no complaints at all about the service offered at Back Care Solutions Your service was excellent I was sent detailed information about not only the chair but also mounting the chair together with a target date to report any issues I was also given the option of assembling the chair myself or someone to do this for me I was consistently updated on the delivery times which put my mind at rest The chair is very comfortable and in the short space of time using it I already feel the difference in my back and neck because I am much more supported by a chair that suits my needs Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness and transparency at all times
