Very bad customer service on telephone
Very bad customer service on telephone Called 5 times over 2 days and they disconnected me 3 times Could not understand what they were saying half the time They would not let me talk to a supervisor or an American I finally was beat down and lost all the minutes on my phone All I wanted to do was transfer the minutes and number to a new phone Very unhappy with the customer service
