Excellent customer service and good product quality
This was my first order from Figure d Art and I was pleased with the customer service In fact my order was actually lost due to the hectic Covid conditions order placed back in May but it was registered as received by the customer in the tracking link I wrote to the customer service of Figure d Art upon discovering that and they were very quick in replying and sending back a replacement which arrived this time after the estimated 3 weeks The order was meant to be a gift to my friend who was very pleased with the quality of the product
