I will be honest so people can understand iam with visible wireless almost two months ago and sincerely for 25 a month with the party pay perk when you can associate with 4 members and the bill is reduced for each one individually without this perk you will pay 40 a month this is the best carrier I ever had unlimited calling texting data and hotspot yes the data is capped at 12 mgbits sometimes can get slower but not a big deal you can still play music videos and download apps just fine and the hotspot speed is capped at 5 mgbits but good enough to stream Netflix and you tube even on your smart TV yes the only downside here you can only conect one device at a time while using the hotspot feature iam so happy that I cancelled my internet expensive service and use my phone hotspot every day I want to say the data has limits only for the fixed speed but never capped or lowered to 2g or 3g you always will get 4g data while using your phone or hotspot real unlimited and this is where visible owned by Verizon company becomes a great alternative to really unlimited wireless at the half of the price that Verizon TMobile and att call quality at least in my area is excellent now the downside not for me but I understand for many people is that there is no customer phone service just customer chat service and here is when many people has problems and is understable because many people are not tech sawvy and a do it yourself is not an alternative for many people but if you are willing to keep with that and you have a little knowledge about technology you can take advantage and pay less for same service that others providers charges double or triple some times customer chat services can take from 15 minutes to 1 hour waiting time but they will let you know when are ready to assist you by sending a text message and of course some representatives can have low knowledge and you will be sent to another in my case I almost prefer to chat than talk by phone but is me not everybody likes it this is the real story to visible for this reason you must be aware before signing in and the smartphones selection begins at 50 with low end phones to high ends iPhones and smartphones Soo this is a great alternative for some people may not for all overall IAM real happy with service
