Had it for a year and it works great

I live in a quite rural area of South East Arizona middle of nothing The kind of place that when people introduce themselves with their wife it goes something like this I D LIKE YOU TO MEET MY SISTER AND MY WIFE HERE SHE IS That s just how rural this population 200 area is I had Verizon with unlimited everything for 2 phone 240 month I can t afford that after a life changing MC accident fouled me up I tried Straight talk for the 90 month for the two phones unlimited and a small amount of hot spot but then found Visible with the unlimited hot spot and gave it a shot on my phone Good call on my behalf Service is very good around here When driving through the Tombstone mountains to get there and Sierra Vista where the only stores are located 70miles away I don t lose signal while on YouTube Music the entire route The unlimited hotspot is great Only works for one item at a time but it s fast enough to stream Netflix or youtube with out losing the signal Typically gives around 5MPS Is that proper thing to call the speed thing MPS I traded in some crappy cheap straighttalk phone and got the basic from visible for free IT is much better than the straight talk one regardless MUCH better The 40 month but now I get the next month for 5 along with the wife s phone I just started with them is a nice perk Add a friend thing and you get a month for 5 Works for me The service is great using the Verizon network The customer service is quite amazing as well I just got off the service to help with the phone number transfer It s all chat saving us the money by not having a phone number maybe I don t really like the chat thing but it worked for this old fart and I m up as well as the wife s new phone too Customer service is pretty awesome and helpful knowledgable and a pleasure to chat with as you can see I can t shut up Recommend highly Price is great customer service outstanding The phone and internet service is amazing for being a 40 month service It s not let me down out here where Mayberry puts this town to shame with amenities

Early Visible Beta user s experience then and now

I have been a customer since they launched with the beta where only iOS phones were allowed In the beginning there were a LOT of issues Towers would constantly lose service You would have to toggle airplane mode frequently to refresh your signal The support chat was never reachable because it would be under constant pressure from all the issues people were having I ended up leaving for T-Mobile due to all the issues Fast forward to today and WOW The service has improved 1000 As it should have being that it s out of beta now I can t believe some of the experiences I m seeing as I m reading through these reviews I have only had to reach out to support once and it was because I ordered a phone through Visible- and FedEx screwed up delivering the package and it got returned to Visible Visible support quickly refunded the payment and helped me through everything 25 a month for unlimited everything is truly a blessing Yes there will be slowdowns to the service when on a congested tower That s why you are paying 25 a month with Party Pay and not 80 a month for a higher tiered plan on a postpaid carrier I think people need to realize they are getting a phenomenal deal with Visible for the price before rushing to say the service is bad The only thing I wish they would change is allowing customers to choose their courier for deliveries I have always had problems with FedEx and would greatly appreciate if the customer could choose who delivered the shipments

Usually I am the one giving 1 star Myself and 2 others just came over from another 3rd party provider and I was a bit frustrated at first trying put all the pieces in place However once all the pieces were in place the internet speed blew me away I have had cell phone service since early bag phones and 1 25 per minute cost 1 00 per minute charge if you called an 800 number Took me 2 months to recognize that no more 800 calls from me Chat reps really worked hard to work through the initial porting which encountered resistance from the previous provider Worked through that and I called my old provider by phone to their porting dept it was resolved quickly and approved Visible all their efforts and suggested I call the previous provider Great suggestion as the problem was no with Visible failing it was a lack of clarification in my original account opening with Visible I am in West Texas and not in a big metro area I was stunned when 5G showed up and it is so fast and smooth I realize when I go outside the fringe area for 5G it will drop to 4G and will experience that tomorrow I wanted take this immediate opportunity to say something good or great as it is possible I am be back and rip Visible So Kuddo s while I can Oh by the way The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is like something from another Galaxy

Visible is honestly great

Visible is actually great service for 25 per month I have been using it so far for a month and the service has been great Other people seem to complaining about bad customer service but in my experience the customer service is great albeit its chat only but it s still great and they get to the point and help you right away I honestly do not see how their customer service is bad The phone service quality is also much better in my specific area having run off Verizon s networks as suppose to metroPCS that runs off T-Mobile It really depends on your area I m pretty sure And 25 is great deal for unlimited 4G LTE and 5G NR with unlimited hotspot Coverage in my area is much better with Visible Verizon than it was with metroPCS T-Mobile metroPCS charged a whopping 55 per month per line and their service was crap and at home I almost always had No service Speedtest always failed to even work and I couldn t make calls without Wi-Fi Visible finally fixed that and I have at least usable speeds of 14 up and 6 down Conclusion- Visible will remain 5 stars until there is a significant issue with them so far there has been none And I was recommended Visible by Brandan Fischer who is a friend of mine and he has used Visible for over a year and has never had any issues will keep updating post as time goes on Last update 11 28 2021
