Wrong order My fault swiftly generously rectified
I hasilty placed my first order and got the colour of every item wrong After emailing Kawaiies and telling them I had not opened the actual packaging I asked if it would be possible to return the items and swap for other colours Charlie replied very quickly saying that I could do that but the delivery would cost me a bit more than i might expect with the items weighing a bit Very generously Charlie offers me a good discount to reorder the items and I could gift the originals I opted for the latter Quick friendly communication all around and the issue which was even my fault was resolved swiftly The items are very soft and seem well made 100 will be buying from again in future Charlie is an asset to Kawaiies
