We began our journey by going into the Boston showroom We were helped by a designer who answered many questions for us When it came to ordering - Chris Bryant from the NYC showroom helped every step of the way He reassured me about product quality and ETA and even got images of my pieces at the factory The white glove delivery service went very smoothly They were professional and respectful of our space The pieces are well done and the color is what the samples were The quality and aesthetic of our furniture has completed our space in the way we envisioned It was a process but with so much support along the way We had to be hands on in measuring correctly for it is up to the client to do this There s so much choice in fabric and styles - if you re the type of person who knows what she wants - interior define is a great resource
