Well the first time we ordered was in Oct 22 and then ID went bankrupt We did the smart thing and went through our credit card to get our money back That took 90 days and on day 91 we reordered through Havenly who had taken over for ID What a tremendous job you guys did We received the exact same sectional AND earlier then expected So impressed Delivery was great And the sofa itself is even better than expected in quality especially for the price point It is definitely a quality made product Thanks ID by Havenly You ROCK
