UPDATE Thank you for the timely polite response Definitely wouldn t recommend After an issue regarding an order I initially spoke to a friendly team-member but was quickly transferred to the manager who seems to view his role as someone who asserts power and superiority Before I spoke his tone and words were both hostile and aggressive and continued as such It became apparent that the matter would not easily be resolved and despite me suggesting that we agree to differ he continued to berate me I returned the item which tbf was refunded promptly
