**3 stars - Good products, but shipping took forever.**
I ordered a couple of hair care items from Houseofbeautyworld. The products themselves are exactly what I wanted and seem to be good quality. However, the shipping process was a real letdown. It took over three weeks to arrive, and the tracking information was very vague and rarely updated. I had almost given up hope. Once it got here, everything was fine, but the wait and lack of communication were frustrating. If you're not in a hurry, it's an okay option for the product selection.
