I've ordered from Houseofbeautyworld a couple of times now. The prices are really good and they have a huge selection of brands you can't find everywhere. My last order arrived pretty quickly, which was a plus.
However, the experience is just okay. One of the lipsticks I received looked like the packaging had been opened before, and the shade was slightly different from the online photo. Customer service responded to my email, but the solution felt a bit generic. You get what you pay for, I guess. It's fine for trying new things, but I wouldn't order a must-have item here.
