Although it should have never happened I was amazed As the deadline drew near I thought about the loans and Cc I had had over the past 20 years and made a request through responder about ppi Within 48 hours I had a letter saying the case was being reviewed a week later I was due a refund and today the cheque arrived As I suggested the mis selling should never have happened but the way they reacted and processed the claim was amazing meanwhile nationwide are lying about sending out forms to look at the claim after 3 weeks
