This place has the worst customer

This place has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with We bought the same dress but two different sizes online When checking out there s a small box that says you agree with the terms although they make it very difficult to find the terms If I had know I would only get a store credit I wouldn t have bought 2 dresses and probably not even one The dress is too revealing on my daughter and her school has a dress code It won t work I tried calling which you can t talk to anyone I wrote an email and all they did was tell me sorry and stated their terms I told her again and nothing No response to my email and won t leave a number to call If you are going to have rules like this then you should make it easy to find the terms They are like bullies behind keyboards It s really too bad They do have beautiful dresses but never again will I buy a from them Please make sure you know what you re getting They won t help at all I m so disappointed in this company I only gave them one star because you can not leave zero stars which is what they deserve Just like their customer service A big zero
