I ve had a fantastic experience with customer service on two occasions They demonstrated a remarkably prompt response time which really impressed me The first time they quickly assisted me when my itineraries were delayed and during my second interaction they seamlessly helped me amend my travel dates While I haven t yet utilized their services at the visa center I m optimistic that it will go just as smoothly Their dedication to customer satisfaction gives me confidence that I m in great hands
