quick turnaround on a date change
Needed the departure pushed back a few days and they sorted it the same afternoon (I emailed pretty late, past 10pm). The agent was polite and clear about what had to happen next. I had to ping them once for a follow up but the new document came through fine. The reference still checked out after the change.
