I ordered a boat lift motor and received it the next day Through no fault of zoro it was the wrong motor and I ordered another from them it too turned out to be the wrong motor I needed no fault again on zoro s part I called for a refund for both motors and received a prepaid ups label and after a few days a full refund on both of the motors They even refunded the original freight Even though I didn t end up using the equipment I purchased I find them to be a reliable source for the future I will definitely order from zoro again
