Cronus zen

I ordered my Cronus zen from the UK store on the 22nd January and it was supposedly shipped on the 25th as per the shop app It gives you the option to track the parcel and it still shows waiting for sender to release parcel I have given them the time as I emailed them and they told me they dispatched this on the Wednesday just gone and still nothing I thought I would of at least expected the Royal Mail delivery tracker to change and give me a date of when it s coming but nothing at all Communication is terrible I don t belive for one bit about the fact that covid is going on so the packages will be late because I ve received much bigger parcels and received within 2 days time frame from different companies within the time I ve been waiting for this so I don t believe that for one second
