Check a trade recommended plumbers

I have been waiting for over a week for 2 plumbers both recommended by check a trader to give me a quote to replace my old shower pump So I decided to call Aqualisa customer services direct They answered straight away gave me a couple of options then put me through to a young man named Mason I have to say it was a breath of fresh air Mason identified the product quickly and then gave me options of what I could have done by their own trained fitters I selected an option it was booked in within a week He also gave a price for the new part Something that the plumbers were unable to do somehow All in all great service from Mason who was knowledgeable friendly and helpful I would recommend going back to the original suppliers even the bigger companies as you get a reasonable price product knowledge and fitters who know what they are doing Thank you Mason for helping me
