Horrible customer service avoid if you can
I bought some goods for My family members inside goods came rained water damaged maybe while processing shipping I called next day explain everything asked for replacement he said he will follow up but later no response from him had no option but to contact my bank after contacting my bank they helped me to get my money refunded luckily now the guy name BEN called me twice and threatened me over the phone and asking me to pay him for faulty goods he also said if I don t pay him for faulty items that he sent me he will be knocking on my doors I got that conversation recorded Absolutely horrible service do not care about customer at all only about profits Don t bother to buy staff from this company avoid if you can
