I enquired about any discounts offered in case I switch from Proton Pass and 1password The 1password team offered me 90 discount Its not about the discount but the kind of support I receiced is really overwhelming I am experiencing such a great support after a VERY long time I am happy to be switching to 1password and continue my journey for years tk come Thank you

Ash was extremely helpful I left a few years ago to try the competition but I inquired about matching Wired com s special promotional price Although that particular promotion was only for new users I ve been a user for at least 4 years prior to me leaving he was able to work with me and come up with a solution that pursuaded me to return to 1Password

THE BEST support bar none Reporting any issue with this software results in comprehensive exacting interested responses from a team that really cares about 1Password and any problems one might have Josh Davila in particular kept at it providing more granular troubleshooting and resolution fixes as things went along His root cause was spot-on and the no-nonsense approach ie avoiding asking you to do something you ve already tried is most appreciated

I had a few questions before switching to 1Password I was going around and around on their website looking for answers When I reached out to online support the representative was responsive helpful and answered my questions I did have to wait a few hours for a responses but the wait time was reasonable

I had a billing related problem that I wasn t even sure could be solved I eventually decided to reach out to the support team to discuss options and they were wonderful to deal with The support team at 1Password understood my problem provided clear instructions for action that I needed to take and resolved my billing issue too without any fuss Extremely professional and prompt Thank you 1Password team

Great Support Transition to Family Plan

I was subscribed through Apple and needed to upgrade my account to a Family Plan I wrote into support They responded quickly with not just instructions but also assurance that my passwords were protected and would be ported over I m not a tech-wizard but the instructions were simple to follow
