5 cartridges review

I purchased 5 cartridges from 4inkjets and 3 of them didn t work or were exhausted very early I have tried to return them for at least part of my 93 investment and have not heard a peep out of 4inkjets I recommend people do not purchase these inferior products and customer service from this company

REFUND NOT RECEIVED HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

REFUND NOT RECEIVED for canceled order from 2 MONTHS AGO They have all but NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRID Here is a run down of all that I have done to try to get my refund that they are stealing from me 6 emails now and 1 phone call literally no one ever answers the phone in the past 2 months and I still do NOT have my refund I have sent numerous emails to them kindly asking for my refund of 68 75 for canceled order for LD Compatible CB436A 36A Black Toner for HPI m done with being kind so NOW I am posting bad reviews on any and all sites including but not limited to Yelp Google and the Better Business Bureau until I get my refund 1st I canceled and requested a refund on SEPT 14th2nd request for my money back was on SEPT 18thSEPT 18 they sent an email that it would take 1 to 5 days to verify and process my refund then they d send me an email NO EMAIL 3rd request for IMMEDIATE refund of my money was on OCT 2nd OCT 4th they sent me an email saying they would have accounting process my refund that SAME DAY but I still have not received an email confirming that they are refunding my money nor have I received a check refund and it is now October 24th 4th request for IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY MONEY was OCT 11th 5th request for refund was emailed today cc my attorney I ordered these ink jet cartridges on SEPT 6th MY CHECK CLEARED YOUR BANK SEPT 13th THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS and still HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY They never shipped the products they ve repeatedly acknowledged via email the cancellation of the order and they ve repeatedly acknowledged the need to refund my money

I placed an order because I needed something fast and they say they ship within a day on the west coast 2 weeks later nothing has shipped and they continue to claim the order wasn t pushed through but now they ve pushed it through They ve pushed it through so many times who knows where it was pushed to It would be funny if it didn t disrupt our business

I would give this company a 0 rating if I could Received an email advising me the order had shipped There are still no tracking details available and it s now 13 days since it supposedly shipped The delivery date provided used keeps being extended So I called Customer Service and the rep tells me to wait 8 more days until the carrier reports the item lost What DO NOT order from this company

4inkjets is a corrupt company who will steal your money They are lying when they say 200 Guarantee Their own website brought up an XXL cartridge for my specific Brother printer but because I opened the package expecting that it would fit they won t take it back nor give me a credit for the 30 they ve charged me 1 - they don t honor their own standards and 2 - their website may bring up products that won t work in your printer Worst legal business in California and Texas I know of They are crooks and the managers don t care

Horrible customer service and incompetent staff

This company is the worst Apparently this company is the warehouse for this Quickship I found online While I understand mistakes happen I don t understand how a company can t correct their mistake immediately I have been given the run around for 3 weeks now I still don t have the toners I ordered 3 weeks ago I guess cheap comes with a headache Save yourself the aggravation and do not order through 4inkjet or Quickship

If I could give a negative 10 I would Purchased 4 xerox ink cartridges and one was defective Wrote to customer service for a refund or replacement Here is their response Thank you for contacting us We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Since OEM are not our products but we are resellers of these items and manufacturers will should assist you regarding OEM warranty Please contact Xerox 800-275-9376 -So buyer beware We did a chargeback and will gladly shop somewhere else who actually respects customers
