Disgusting company I downloaded one form 3 years ago since then they have debited my account almost 500 When asked for a refund they refused The email attached to my account was an old work email that was not monitored and closed down they received bounce back emails but ignored them and still debited my account even though I did not use any services from them for over 3 years Make sure you are careful downloading anything from this company

Took 108 out of my checking account without notice from a trial I never used When I asked for a refund I was declined due to not signing up between certain dates last summer omg So 108 for nothing I don t do business with people like this

Adding my 02 I agree tried cancelling within time frame credit card was billed 37 Chatted with their Chat Bot Jamie that told me no twice I have cancelled I agree with previous commenters I wish I had read the reviews prior to using ONE general Bill of Sale Hoping to prevent others from making the same mistake DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They should be ashamed of themselves Stealing money from people who don t cancel their free trial in time No receipts they ll just continue to charge your card with no remorse until you notice on your credit card statement and then per their policy it ll be too late Stay away from them there s plenty of other ways to create and sign documents

Faulty Advertising

All of their advertising claims they provide free document creation services It is logical and even business savvy to offer a single sample form for acquiring new customers In reality they take massive expanses of your time having you create a document then tell you you have to pay to see if it s even worth your time to download what they have created for you No free sample No free anything The advertising strategy is perfectly sufficient to get people to the site but the credibility of the company is non-existent when none of the claims presented in their advertising are even remotely accurate

This is a scam I was unable to create the forms it was nothing but a simple 1099 new form would not work Tried to chat and get help Requested a call back to get help Neither one worked I ve tried for days to cancel this trial membership Couldn t do that either requested a phone call back Ricky called me back tell me he couldn t do anything over the phone he emailed me wouldn t give me his last name now they ve charged my bank account he says he can t fix that either He ll email me about that too This is a scam

One week trial turned in to 37 for one form When they call you back to say tuff luck the caller id says Wells Fargo WHY AM I NOT SURPRISEDSo I recommend buying your form anywhere else

I was 2 days late cancelling my free

I was 2 days late cancelling my free trial last week so they cancelled my account AND kept my 96 for an annual membership So they cancel it effective immediately NOT a year from now and keep my money TERRIBLE customer service If you re going to keep my money anyway I should at least keep the service for a year even though I didn t want it After this customer service I will never be back
