Ordered a Nest thermostat with this
Ordered a Nest thermostat with this company including a Pro Installation The solution seemed to work fine until after 2 5 years when the connection kept interrupting I contacted google they were very helpful and were almost going to replace my heatlink until I send over a picture and they told me the USB port had been tempered with After better inspection it seemed that the Pro Installation done by a 50five employee had forcably broken the USB port on the heatlink during its installation Google said they cannot swap a heatlink that has been tempered with I called 50five and they claim the product is out of warranty and they will not help since the product is more then 2 years old To keep it short 50five broke my heatlink while installing it broke the usb port Now the heatlink breaks 2 5 years later And if 50five would not have broken the usb port Google would have given warranty 50 five claims - sorry 2 year warranty is gone so tough luck VERY VERY bad service I will never buy a product from them again ever

They don t honor the warranty of your product
I purchased a thermostat for my home The screen display stopped working after less than a year I contacted the company and apparently they had been bought by this company 50five 50five sent me a replacement since my product was still under warranty Then the replacement product had the exact same issue This one was also still under warranty but they claimed it was not and told me to contact the manufacturer The manufacturer said that I have to deal with the company that sold it to me I verified with the EU consumer protection agency that the replacement item should still be under warranty When I told 50five this they just stopped communicating Now I am stuck with a thermostat with a display that is unreadable Be careful what you buy from this company

it has been 5 weeks since charging
it has been 5 weeks since charging station installation but it is still not working Although I explicitly asked installer to provide schematics electric diagrams which is required for keuring he said he would send via e-mail but I never received Later keuring was declined because of it Since then I am contacting with 50five customer service to fix it but nothing changed Someone just need to get the schematics electric diagram from installer and forward it to keuring company but even after 5 weeks they are not able handle this kind of simple task Really really really bad service unbelievable how incompetent they are and careless --------------------------------------------------In response to below comment from 50Five Thanks for your quick check but the message you posted here is same as I received from customer service 10 days ago So nothing changed since then Just perfect I will continue share developments if any from here

No customer service
Pole broken says to call 50five Had to try 30 min before someone answered The person who answered was super friendly made some tickets because they can t solve the problem One week later I still have no answer at all to any of the tickets and they still don t pick up the phone Painful to get a hold of someone in this company Edit1 the help I got after following the comment on this review boiled down to make a new ticket As I m typing this I try to call again but after 8 minutes waiting on the phone the call disconnects automatically Went from 1 waiting in front of you to you are the first to be helped to getting kicked out of the queue Call in again and you can rejoin from the back

if you know what you want and it is a product with no questions I think it is ok to place an order BUT if you need to contact 50Five nl you have to write an email or WhatsApp Everything seems to take forever and you have to wait a few days or hours to get in contact I ordered a product but I am afraid that in the future something is wrong the service will not be as good as I am used to have with cool blue Unfortunality placing a return ticket is also difficult One time for me

Charging station installed and works but extra costs on invoice without explanation
Charging station installed and works fine Invoice received on which extra costs were mentioned I contacted the customer service several times to get explanation about these extra costs They friendly increase the priority of the ticket But I get no explanation and they keep sending me reminder mails that I should pay the invoice or that there will be extra costs Thinking whether I should also send an invoice to them to compensate my time lost Ticket numbers 43909 and 47647

not too bad customer experience at all
After sharing my initial bad experience I must admit the service isn t too bad at all I was contacted by 50Five they apologized and explained in more detail why my Alfen model couldn t be supported The call disconnect was probably a technical glitch My original experience before being called back it s a pitty I cannot give less then 1 star I contacted 50Five for a business backoffice subscription using the contact form as suggested by them I was called 5 days later Apparently they don t support Alfen and when asking a question the operator just disconnected the call
